The card hotel: your company card safe and remote
Don't want to keep a computer with a card reader running at the office? Put your company card in our card hotel. The vehicle unit is downloaded remotely, and the card stays with us.
Patent pending Patent protection has been applied for on technology in the VYS Tacho apps.
Why a card hotel
A company card in a card reader at the office only works while that computer is on and online. In the card hotel we take care of that for you.
- No computer or card reader needed at your office
- The card never goes on the road and never gets lost in a cab
- Suited to owner-drivers and small companies without a fixed office
Rather keep it at your office
You can also keep the company card yourself. It then sits in a USB card reader on a computer with VYS Tacho Bridge, on Windows or macOS. Downloading works exactly the same.
- You download VYS Tacho Bridge in the portal
- The portal shows whether a company card is in the card reader
- You can switch between the card hotel and your own office at any time
For which tachograph
Downloading with the company card elsewhere works with the VDO DTCO 4.1. With a Stoneridge SE5000 Smart 2 the company card sits in the tachograph itself.
