No phone needed: the app also runs on an on-board computer or tablet
The VYS Tacho app does not have to be on the driver's phone. A tablet or on-board computer in the cab works too. As long as there is a device with an internet connection, that is enough.

One device per vehicle
If the app is on a fixed device in the cab, that device downloads the card of every driver who gets in. How often is set by the server per card number.
